Ongoing graphic design and visual communication for Hugo’s Bar & Grill in Montpelier, Vermont

I create print and promotional materials for the restaurant, including seasonal food and drink menus, event promotions, postcards, sandwich-board graphics, and other marketing pieces. The visual system combines expressive custom lettering with typography and photography to reflect Hugo’s eclectic, intimate atmosphere.

The menu system was designed to organize a substantial amount of changing food and beverage information while giving individual sections their own personality through hand-drawn lettering and illustration.
