Let’s Talk About Race is an educational conversation card deck created to help open and guide conversations about race in Vermont. Designed for teachers, community leaders, and youth advocates, the cards provide information and prompts that make difficult conversations easier to begin.

I designed the visual system, typography, and layout, incorporating illustrations by Juniper Creative. Hand-lettered headers draw inspiration from familiar instructional and public signage, using a recognizable visual language to guide readers through the information while making the material feel approachable and direct.
